We hope you are happy with your order and that your new piece of FIYAH jewellery is perfect for you. However, if you change your mind and decide it's not quite right, you can send it back to us within 90 days of your order date for either a refund or an exchange.
90 Day Return Period
Our return & exchange policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, all pieces must be returned in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn and in its original packaging.
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
- Sale Items: Jewellery pieces purchased within a sale can only be refunded if we have been notified within 14 days of receiving the order. If outside of the 14 days, we unfortunately cannot refund the order.
All of our jewellery comes with a 1 year warranty.

Simply contact us with your full name, email address and order number.
Note: If your name is different to that on the order, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase (e-mail receipt or despatch note).

If you decide not to use the prepaid returns label you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item. This cost will not be refunded back to you. You can return your item to:

If you are returning your order back for a refund and have chosen not to use the free prepaid returns label then you should consider using a trackable shipping service. If your return doesn't arrive back to us and has no tracking, unfortunately, we cannot refund your order.
Unfortunately, returns outside of the UK is NOT currently free of charge.

If the piece was delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Any item returned back to us for a refund will always be refunded to the original payment method used when placing your order with us.
Credit or Debit Cards: Please allow 5-10 working days for your bank to credit your account.
PayPal: You will receive your refund directly into your PayPal account within 24 hours of you receiving your refund email from us.
Exchanges are free!
If you would like to exchange what you've bought for another piece, you can do so providing it's within 90 days of purchase.
Simply contact us via email, phone or live chat with your order number and the piece you would like to exchange for. We will then provide you with a free returns label to send your original order back to us.
If the new piece of jewellery is more expensive, we will contact you once we recieve your original order back for the additional payment differenece before we send out your new piece.
If the new piece of jewellery is lower in price, we will refund you the difference once we recieve your original order back.
As we all know, all sales and promotions have a start and end date.
Unfortunately, if you have purchased a full price piece that has then gone into a sale or you have missed a promotion, we cannot refund the difference.
