Our 1 Year Warranty

How it works

Our jewellery is crafted to a high quality and each piece comes with a 1-year warranty. This means that with a valid proof of purchase, we are happy to exchange all pieces that have manufacturing faults up to 1 year.

What doesn't this cover?

  • Lost pieces
  • Any silver pieces that have become tarnished. Tarnishing is natural and occurs over time from a reaction to gasses in the air. Not to worry, it can easily be removed, cleaned and polished. Read more in our use and care guide
  • Damaged pieces that are not a manufacturing fault (eg. Snagged chain or any other piece, where an item has been damaged/squashed by misuse)

HOW DO I RETURN MY JEWELLERY THAT'S IN WARRANTY?

Before returning your jewellery to us, please contact our customer care team who will log your jewellery coming back to us and provide you with a free returns label.
