We're Still Open!
By now we are all aware of the severity of COVID-19, and you may be feeling a little anxious about it.
The COVID-19 pandemic is having an impact on all of us. The health of our loved ones, the businesses we rely on and the way we live our daily lives.
Lockdown can be stressful, let's have some fun!
With that in mind we wanted to share with you how we're dealing with it at FIYAH.
- We're still open! All orders are going out as per usual with no delay.
- Clean as a whistle. We are taking great care to ensure the utmost protective, safety and sanitisation procedures are in place.
- It's a ghost town. Only a core team is working from the premises and all of the FIYAH team are adhering to the latest government advice.
- Open All Hours. Our friendly customer service team are still always available to help with any questions you may have.

If you order before 2:30pm GMT we will send your order the same working day.
Also, if you want to surprise a family member or friend who could be feeling lonely with the lack of contact or are in need of a little protection you can send a meaningful gift directly to them.
You can send directly to a loved one by inputting there delivery details at checkout.
We have observed delays with the mail service, both domestically and internationally.
UK - Please allow an extra couple of days for UK delivery. Special delivery is still a guaranteed next day service.
Australia – At the moment, there are no direct commercial flights over to Australia therefore, the postal system is relying on cargo flights in order to deliver goods. It is taking up to 2-3 weeks for orders to receive a flight ticket with a further 2 weeks delay upon the arrival of the order at customs in Australia.
Europe – At the moment, all orders heading in and around Europe are being trucked. This means a substantial delay to delivery times due to border checks upon reaching checkpoints. Border agencies have seen increased pressures on their service due to the volume of packages they are having to check.
USA – Royal Mail have been unable to track deliveries on the flight system that are heading over to USA. This is causing inaccurate tracking updates on their Track & Trace service. Upon the arrival of orders to the US, it is taking an additional 2-3 weeks to be checked through customs.
