Our jewellery is crafted to a high quality and to provide you with peace of mind, we offer a 1-year warranty on all items purchased directly from us.
Warranty coverage:
- Our 1-year warranty is effective from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers manufacturing faults.
What doesn't this cover?
- Lost pieces
- Pieces that have become tarnished. Tarnishing is natural and occurs over time from a reaction to gasses in the air. Not to worry, it can easily be removed, cleaned and polished. Read more in our use and care guide.
- Damage caused by misues, accidents, alterations, or any other damage deemed to be a result of improper care or use.
- Specifically, the warranty does not cover rings that are snapped due to over-adjustment or misuse.
How do I return my jewellery that's in warranty?
Before returning your jewellery to us, please contact our customer care team who will log your jewellery coming back to us and provide you with a free returns label.
