Can I find FIYAH in a jewellery store?

We don't currently have a retail store or offer wholesale to jewellery stores.

We try to place as much information about each piece of our jewellery onto our website and within our social pages.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Here at FIYAH, each piece comes with a 1-year warranty.

Is your jewellery hallmarked?

Our 9ct, 14ct and 18ct Gold pieces are hallmarked by the London Assay Office to show their authenticity.

Our Sterling Silver pieces are stamped with '925'.

Does FIYAH jewellery tarnish?

Naturally, all Jewellery tarnishes over time, however, this will happen much quicker if your jewellery is coming into regular contact
with cosmetic products such as moisturiser, perfume, and false tan.

As our jewellery is made from semi-precious and precious materials, any tarnishing can be polished to it's shiny, bright self.

Can FIYAH rings be resized?

A lot of our rings are adjustable, meaning that they can be adjusted to fit any finger. We do recommend that you only adjust your ring once to fit your finger. If your ring is adjusted multiple times this can weaken the band over time.

Please take extra care when adjusting your ring.

Can I make changes to my order?

All orders are processed immediately between Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm so you will have a limited window to amend or cancel your order.

Do I have to pay customs charges on my order?

There may be additional customs and duties charges, these
charges vary depending on each country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, we are unable to cover this charge.

We are pleased to say that we offer free worldwide shipping, excluding the following countries:

- Russia
- China

When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will dispatched the very same day when placed before 1pm Monday – Friday (BST). Any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS text message if you provided your contact details during the checkout process.


How can I return an item?

Here at FIYAH, we have a 90-day return policy, once the 90 days have surpassed, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. For further information, please refer to our

How long does it take to process my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your order, we will refund the purchase price to the original method of payment.
