Warranty coverage:

• Our 1-year warranty is effective from the date of purchase.
• This warranty covers manufacturing faults. 

What doesn't this cover?

• Lost pieces
• Pieces that have become tarnished. Tarnishing is natural and occurs over time from a reaction to gasses in the air. Not to worry, it can easily be removed, cleaned and polished. Read more in our use and care guide.
• Damage caused by misues, accidents, alterations, or any other damage deemed to be a result of improper care or use. 
• Specifically, the warranty does not cover rings that are snapped due to over-adjustment or misuse. 

How do I return my jewellery that's in warranty?
