All of our jewellery pieces are made using 925 Sterling Silver, 9ct and 18ct Yellow Gold, 9ct and 18ct White Gold, 9ct and 18ct Rose Gold and Semi-Precious Stones.
To keep your FIYAH jewellery gleaming and prolong its beauty, we recommend avoiding contact with lotions, potions and perfumes and store your jewellery away from direct sunlight.

RETURNS
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it to us within 90 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
