For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it to us within 90 days from the date of purchase (excludes earrings and personalised items).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
