To keep your FIYAH jewellery gleaming and prolong its beauty, we recommend avoiding contact with lotions, potions and perfumes and store your jewellery away from direct sunlight.

Order before 3pm (BST/GMT) Monday-Friday for same-day dispatch.

RETURNS

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it to us within 90 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
