Statement regarding he Modern Slavery Act 2015

Supplier audits are conducted to evaluate compliance with the FIYAH Limited Supplier Terms Agreement as well as local and international labor laws and regulations. All merchandise-related suppliers and key suppliers of other goods and services are required to sign and adhere to the FIYAH Supplier Terms Agreement, including its statements regarding human trafficking and slavery. When a supplier fails to meet FIYAH Limited's requirements, every effort is made to work with that supplier to implement corrective action. If the supplier still fails to meet our requirements, the relationship will be terminated.

We require all employees who work on supply to understand FIYAH Limited’s Supplier Terms Agreement. Employees are trained to investigate issues and take appropriate action up to and including terminating agreements with suppliers who have demonstrated violations of the agreement.

This statement has been published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps taken by FIYAH Limited during FIYAH Limited’s fiscal year ending December 31, 2019, to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains.
