1. Eligibility:
   This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over, residing in the UK. Employees of FIYAH, its affiliates, or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter:
   To enter the giveaway, participants must provide their email address via the pop-up form on the FIYAH website. By submitting your email address, you agree to sign up for FIYAH's marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time, but this will not affect your giveaway entry.

3. Giveaway Period:
   The giveaway will run from September 30, 2024 to October 31, 2024. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

4. Prize Details:
   There are 5 prizes, each consisting of a £100 FIYAH voucher. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other sales, discounts, or promotional offers.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:
   Winners will be randomly selected on December 3, 2024. They will be notified via the email address provided upon entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification email, FIYAH reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Voucher Redemption:
   The £100 voucher can only be used on the FIYAH website. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.

7. Modification, Cancellation & Suspension:
   FIYAH reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the giveaway at any time if necessary, without prior notice. This includes changes to the giveaway’s terms and conditions, as well as adjustments to the prize if unforeseen circumstances arise.

   By entering the giveaway, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal information for the purpose of administering the giveaway. Your email will be used for marketing purposes in accordance with FIYAH's Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

   FIYAH is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical issues, or unauthorized access that may interfere with the administration, security, or proper conduct of the giveaway.

10. Governing Law:
    This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and participants agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
